c1827. 50 St James\u2019s Street is a grade II listed house. It was built in 1827, and designed by the architects Benjamin Wyatt and Philip Wyatt, as Crockford\u2019s, a gentleman\u2019s club. It was altered from 1870\u201375 by C. J. Phipps.<\/p>\n

Williams Restoration undertook the restoration and conservation of the frontal fa\u00e7ade. This included undertaking a full fa\u00e7ade clean with our specialist ThermaTech<\/a> modular cleaning system. A system created with the environment in mind. Energy efficiency, water consumption and its low emissions makes it one of the leading resources for a environmentally friendly company to have. Williams Restoration also carried out stone repairs using a pre-mixed, Lime based, portland stone mortar and stone indents to suit.<\/p>\n
