c1830. Eaton Place has had its fair share of close calls throughout history, a high explosive bomb fell nearby onto Eaton Terrace, not far from Eaton Place in World War II. When the London Poverty Maps were published, the area was determined as having comfortable households with good ordinary earnings.<\/p>\n

Williams Restoration undertook the restoration and conservation of the frontal fa\u00e7ade. This included undertaking a full fa\u00e7ade clean with our specialist ThermaTech modular cleaning system. A system created with the environment in mind. Energy efficiency, water consumption and its low emissions makes it one of the leading resources for a environmentally friendly company to have, carrying out various brick repairs and substantial amount of repointing. This was all done with history in mind. The bricks and mortar were meticulously matched, as was the pointing finish to give this building a new lease of life. Our specialist, heritage trained conservators carried out \u2018Tuck Pointing\u2019 on serval of the arches.<\/p>\n
