This included undertaking a full façade clean with our specialist ThermaTech modular cleaning system. A system created with the environment in mind. Energy efficiency, water consumption and its low emissions makes it one of the leading resources for a environmentally friendly company to have. Once complete we progressed to removing the cementitious mortar from the brickwork and stonework and replacing this with a sympathetic Lime mortar. This was used alongside locally sourced materials to achieve a mortar that matched the original. Williams Restoration also undertook internal work in the adaptation of door ways and window openings. This was done using materials sourced from the same building.

Project location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Client: TRC

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row module_class=” et_pb_row_fullwidth et_pb_row_fullwidth et_pb_row_fullwidth et_pb_row_fullwidth et_pb_row_fullwidth et_pb_row_fullwidth” _builder_version=”4.27.3″ width=”89%” width_tablet=”80%” width_phone=”” width_last_edited=”on|desktop” max_width=”89%” max_width_tablet=”80%” max_width_phone=”” max_width_last_edited=”on|desktop” make_fullwidth=”on” global_module=”7164″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_post_nav in_same_term=”off” disabled_on=”on|on|on” admin_label=”Project Navigation” _builder_version=”4.27.3″ title_text_color=”#b4a273″ title_font_size=”16px” disabled=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_post_nav][et_pb_image src=”https://indigomarmoset.agency/dev/williams_restoration/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/back_to_case_studies_btn.png” url=”https://indigomarmoset.agency/dev/williams_restoration/case-studies/” align=”center” align_tablet=”center” align_phone=”” align_last_edited=”on|desktop” disabled_on=”on|on|on” admin_label=”Back to Case Studies Button” module_class=”back_to” _builder_version=”4.27.3″ disabled=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][et_pb_button button_url=”https://indigomarmoset.agency/dev/williams_restoration/case-studies/” button_text=”Back To Case Studies” button_alignment=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_button][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Fletton Quays The Grade II listed Victorian engine sheds were part of the former Peterborough East station, which was opened by the Eastern Counties Railway (ECR) in June 1845.
