Over the years Lizaane Court had suffered greatly from poor drainage and years of weathering. The subsequent result was a building that was almost unrecognisable from its original build. Due to the poor drainage the brickwork had begun to gross moss and due to the weathering there was carbon staining evident in various areas.<\/p>\n

Williams Restoration undertook the cleaning of the facades at Lizanne Court. This was done using a ThermaTech modular cleaning system. A system created with the environment in mind. Energy efficiency, water consumption and its low emissions makes it one of the leading resources for a environmentally friendly company to have.<\/p>\n
